Mxisoter Financiamiento Colectivo, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter, Mxisoter), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 15, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZC 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
2. Personal data we process
We collect identification data (full name, RFC, CURP), contact data (email, phone, address), financial and asset data required to prove investor status and digital identification data (IP address, device, cookies).
3. Primary purposes
We use your data to create your investor account, comply with identification and anti-money-laundering duties, process your investments, send account statements and comply with tax obligations before the Mexican tax authority (SAT).
4. Secondary purposes
With your consent, we process your data to send you commercial communications and newsletters about new real estate opportunities. You may oppose this purpose by emailing privacidad@mxisoter.com without affecting your legal relationship with Mxisoter.
5. Data transfers
We may share your data with Mexican fiduciary institutions, notaries public, competent authorities (CNBV, SAT, FIU) and technology service providers that act as data processors under confidentiality agreements.
6. ARCO rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your data, as well as to revoke your consent. To exercise them, send your request to privacidad@mxisoter.com stating your full name, contact channel and identification document.
